Current features are as follows-

every 5 minutes it will do /house available

Automatically suppresses apartments

Automatically suppresses - Cottages : 0 available         Mansions: 0 available           Villas: 0 available

Does NOT interrupt chat- waits till chat state is closed before sending next /house available

Chat line command, /real on turns program on     /real off turns program off

Anyone that wants to make me a website, or host my plugin, can either leave me a PM there, or write it to the topic

As it currently stands, it sends /house available every 5 minutes, subject to change due to public Response

Anyways, download my dll, put it in decal dir. and use decal's browse command to find the dll, then hit add and your all set to go! I have no forums ATM so put bugs in the above thread
